Motorcycle Speed Record Trivia Quiz…
I just can’t get my head round the answers to these two questions…
1. Which Motorcycle Manufacturer currently holds the Motorcycle Land Speed Record? and…
2. What fuel does the worlds fastest road legal production motorcycle use?
(You may use Google)best i can find is this, which i suppose means kawasaki for engine driven, although i suppose the Lycoming engine holds it – but as for the design of the bike, i guess it was his own and is therefore not held by a manufacturer. As its a helicoptor turbine, i guess the second answer, if its a production motorcycle, it would be designed to run on pump gas….

No not Kawasaki. Ive never heard of the Lycoming engine before but i found their website and they make piston engines for aircraft & helicopters… has someone put one of them in a bike then??
You mention Helicopter turbine, youre halfway there. Even building five a year is ‘Production’… so what fuel does it run on?hey – i posted a link with that reply!!!

EDIT: Actually i’ve just read it properly – the turbine one was a car, damn although i guess if he did it in a car, he would have tried again on a bike – hangs head in shame……
