Popped around to my local Tesco Express over the weekend and parked outside was a 12 plate Vixen 125, rather like the one I considered buying new when I got my Suzuki a few months ago. I took a look to see how it was holding up (OK, btw) when I spotted its keys dangling from the topbox lock. Nobody was about so I took the keys out to check if I could see the owner in the shop. Nobody obviously a biker so I asked the staff and it turned out the bike belonged to one of their colleagues outback. He seemed grateful when I handed them over. Good job he did not have it nicked, insurance companies sometimes won’t payout if you a careless with your keys

I replied “Yes, it’s a kind of honour thing amongst bikers”. Had freezing cold hands all the way home…
