I went to see it today at my local cinema, was a good dit but the grumpy old man in me is getting really fed up with crap customer service…. Its not too much to expect a film that costs over £10 a ticket to have sales assistants at the tills and when sales assistants do man tills for them to be polite and not try and serve people who have just arrived rather than those who have been standing around 15 minutes waiting to be served!
Our cinema used to be awesome but it really is overpriced, under staffed and mismanaged!
