Hows it going guys.
I am trying to replace the fuel cap on my Superfour but after removing all the allen bolts it still wont budge.
It will rotate by 45 degrees but after that it wont go any further.
It is probably a simple problem but a problem all the same.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.April 17, 2005 at 9:03 am #26076ScouserParticipantwelcome superfour72. It may be slotted, so that it twists through 45 degrees then prise it out?

Just gently to start with and then look to see if you get some movement one way. It may not have been off ever in its life so it could be well and truly stuck. The other thing I might try is looking at a new/replacement one and then you will definitely know how it is mounted.

I got in touch with a Honda Dealer and they informed me that it cant be removed without the Key.
I got a locksmith to pick it and make me two new keys.
He completed the job in my back garden in 30 mins.
Top class job.[]I am back on the road again.
