PS Haven’t seen you around for a while, now I know why!
March 29, 2005 at 6:00 pm #23957cookeyeParticipantYeh Dave it was built 03 regd late may 04 and had only been run for about 2 hours so as close to new as a run in bike could be.
I picked it up from a guy that sells a lot of Bergs who lives in preston, flipin long way from home!!! but price was good and the guy is a member of another forum i belong to and is respected by the others that have purchesed from him,
I do look in once in a while and its good to see so many new members.
I will try to get in more often, as for selling lots to pay for the berg well! a mate of mine wanted my yam and everything yam that i had so i gave him a price and told him it was plus a lift in his van to preston.
He took me up on it and the rest is history, its not an everyday bike like the yamaha wr but its bloodey fast and has an ergency about it thats got to be the same rush as we had when the first powervalves came about if you no what i mean.

The guy that sold mine to me has got an 04 wich are the dogs doo dars,up for grabs at the mo for £4200, and unlike mine comes with electric start indicators and £500 worth of keihin fcr carb, and its got a 6 pot beringer calliper and a 310mm cast front disc with master cylinder to match, you no all the bits i am buying at a huge cost, if only i had of waited[:0]
p/s the engine size on mine and the one he has is 550cc 50rwhp and weigh in at 100kilos so a bit of a flying machine, high maintanance valve checks often oil changes air filter etc, but not an every day bike, go on snap it up while you can.
