Popped over to Gingers Farm today with the hope of having my first pootle on the 250 in over 8 months today. Unfortunately for that plan there was an enduro event going on. So rather than waste a day I stuck around to watch the racing []
The guy who I’d imagine won was flippin fast! At the end of the first lap he was over 2min 10sec ahead of the 2nd place rider and he wern’t slow either!
I managed to take a few pics and some vids too:

Have other vids on youtube if ya interested []
Just wish I’d known about it coz I’d have taken part if I’d had food and fluid with me.

October 27, 2009 at 1:44 am #59731HippoDronesParticipanthad a bloke contact me from Germany asking for my number but he never called back. May have to keep hold of it a while, looks like I’m the only fool wanting to buy bikes at the moment unfortunately!
On a plus note it means I’ll still have one of the best sportsbikes you can get if I decide supermoto aint for me
Am off to Riverside MX track on Wednesday with my 250, its a proper track like Golding Barn with lots of big air etc, don’t know if my shoulder is up to big jumps or whoops etc but will give it a go and stop if it hurts or fatigues too fast.
This is where I’m going:
A mate is tagging along with his camera so hopefully there will be a few phots to post and maybe a vid or two if I can sucessfully mount my cam []
October 27, 2009 at 11:36 am #59732imperialdataKeymasterGood pics Pete, some real height on pic number 7.
Riverside looks good but I can only see a junior track on the website. Is it the same one for the bigger bikes?
October 27, 2009 at 12:44 pm #59733HippoDronesParticipantthe jr track is the small circuit top left of the pic while the full circuit is the rest []
October 28, 2009 at 12:33 am #59734HippoDronesParticipantWell Riverside has been closed by the local council, guess I’m destined not to get out on the bike this year, DAMN IT!
