Claim to fame is Bristol to Budapest 1220 miles in 22 hrs to become a member of the Iron Butt Association. ( more than 1000 miles in 24hrs).

Love doing track days in fact anything on a bike.
And all on the Fazer which I’ve now painted in the classic Yamaha America colours.

April 3, 2008 at 8:16 pm #55092GixParticipanthello welcome to TBF! Had a try of a FZ1 last summer myself, horses for courses, didnt like it much but was a far cry from my gixer1000 tho
April 4, 2008 at 11:32 am #55093FazerPhilParticipantthey say the FZ1 is more of a hooligan bike compared to the FZS. I wouldnt buy one as the tank is too small. Dont relly know what I would rather have. The FZS does all I want but will wear out eventually!!!!!
