I had new tyres fitted just before the france run last year and thought i had a puncture in my back wheel but it was a flaw in the carbon composite. In a panic I got on to Dymag and asked them if they could sort it the salesman told me to post it to them. so i put it on next day delivery. it came back 2 days later repaired with new bearings, valve, and resprayed. the note enclosed read somthing like sorry for any inconvienience and returned free of charge.
