Finally, after a winter that seems to have lasted FOREVER tonight was a pleasant, warm, sunny evening. Worcestershire was bathed in gentle, soothing light as the sun gently worked it’s way down out of a blue sky and clocked off for the night. I had to get out there to enjoy it on a bike…
I was never more than 5 miles from home…simple pleasures….

So I didn’t make the Biker Night at Toddington but I did join a different gang – based in the Forest of Dean, they do a different pub every Wednesday evening, all year round . Just what I needed to increase my local pub knowledge.
They just happened to be at one of my 3 local pubs tonight. A very friendly lot, they all seem to be multi-bike owners (with one guy having 15 currently, one has 9, etc.), with 2 REs, 2 Tritons, 1 Norton, 1 955i Tiger, etc. About 20 riders there – at least there was no queue for the bar!
That’s my Wednesday nights sorted then
