I can not believe the shoddy treatment I am getting from them at the moment.
I applied for a loan on the phone and it was agreed but needed me to sign and date paperwork etc 11 days ago. I received a text from them today saying:
“We at Blackhorse received your docs today – thank you. Funds will be in your account within 4 working days.”
Now I know for a fact that they received them at least 2 days ago because I spoke to a guy who had them in his hand and described each bit of paper to me[
!]This is after the 1st lad I spoke to a few days earlier getting all snotty with me on the end of the phone. The 1st lad also told me that it takes 3 days for the funds to clear not 4.
I’ve had to repetedly mess about the guys I’m buying the bike from about as they are waiting on money so they can register it.
I am on leave at the moment and its an ideal time for me to be able to go collect it but due to these delays its looking more and more like I’ll have to drive up from Plymouth (to Loughborough) one weekend when I’m back at work.
The only plus side on all this is that it means I’ll get the new regestration if its after September 1st
What is concerning me more at the moment is that I spent the last of my wages sorting the kit out for the bike so now have no money what so ever and still have ebay items that I’ve won to pay for so I could end up with negative feedback from the sellers and rightly so from their point of view.[
