Did anyone go? I went down with a friend on the Sat afternoon/eve and had a fantastic time. There was entertainment laid on during the whole weekend ranging from stunt shows to live bands (Crash played on the Sat eve).
We were quite lucky as my mate knew one of the organisers so we had VIP access and entry for free. The sun was blazing down but due to being on the downs it was a bit blowey at times.
When we got there and after chatting with Catherine’s mate Ian for a bit we had a wander round and I made a bee-line for the midi-motos [
] and promptly fell off first corner and broke mine [
] lol, they soon replaced the bike and I was ripping up the grass again lol, its really wierd riding such a small bike but was a great laugh [
]
After that, I grabbed a pint and we watched a short stunt show with a couple of freestyle MX guys (one was only 15!) with them jumping and wheelieing etc. I have got phots and vids but waiting for them to upload so will post them in a bit.
We then grabbed some food and caught up with another couple of mates and chilled for a while by their tent supping a few beers till the indoor bar opened.
The band that was playing when we got in were really good but I can’t remember who they were. The next was JT’s band Crash, they were fantastic and really got everyone up and jumping around. Was getting pretty sweaty and drunk by this point! [] JT let us take a few pics after as did some of the other band members to the delight (read blushing like a school girl) of my mate Catherine hahaha.
Once the bands were finished there was pole dancing followed by a DJ and dancing till we dropped []
Am def going again next year if I’m off work and will camp for sure as I think the party continued well into the night.In all I am so glad I went to this rather than the Ace Cafe-Brighton run and the Brighton Speedtrials that were going on this weekend also.

Its a new event so is still trying to build a reputation, but if they match this years in the future then it can only get bigger and better! [
