Were you searching for a little boost for the scooter then?, guess you’d have to enter in the modified class!!
In reality, I don’t think an Ares 1 rocket motor would be very comfy on 13inch tyres and the handling would be a nightmare.

I imagine you operate it similar to F1 KERS. Not sure how the regs interpret this bit of kit.
