Got the response about the controversial “safety” rating from Arai here:

In some ways I see what they say as being correct and could be left at that, but, the manner in which they word things makes you think again, and looks like typical Company Solicitors/Claim Compensation Culture Mumbo Jumbo.

I will carry on wearing my Arai, and will by an Arai again in the future. But each to their own and feeling safe is half the battle
