just wondering if anyone has a chop of some description thats seen better days. im after a project and as i seem to only do fighters and sportsbikes thought id have a go at something shiny.
can be a rolling chassis as im bound to stick a TL1000R engine into it, but if it has an engine better still…might not be able to afford it for a while but im putting the word out there early..
thanksOctober 12, 2008 at 10:54 pm #56733RadarModeratorTry a PM to slim or N1temare, they seem well into the special/custom build side of biking

i’ve no idea of the dimensions of the TL motor but i’ll bet it’ll be an interesting struggle unless you build the frame yourself (pay to have built) around your own motor…
as to knowing where a chassis might be i’m no immediate help but i’ll keep my eyes open
p.s.
you could always try 100%biker or britchopper to see what pops up on there or enquireOctober 14, 2008 at 1:47 pm #56735BigBenParticipantyeah i had an idea it might be a bit of a struggle but if you dont struggle at something you dont get much enjoyment out of it..haha
i was thinking about just building my own frame but then i realised im good…but not that good:))
cheers for your input its greatly appreciated..ill check those sites out
