When the “red mist” comes down and your riding on the edge then near misses can and do happen. This guys lucky to get away with this.

This countrys gone H&S crazy,we dare not go out with a number plate 1mm undersize, an unstamped silencer or a crash helmet not BS/kite marked, meanwhile in other parts of the world people just go about there business without such constraints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
