December 18, 2011 at 10:40 pm #62944katanaParticipantHave to be the weekend for me
January 18, 2012 at 9:13 am #62945ChampsParticipantSo the shed is booked, what’s the plan for the Chunnel?
January 18, 2012 at 7:18 pm #62946RadarModeratorI will take a look over the weekend
January 21, 2012 at 7:42 pm #62947RadarModeratorOk folks:
Outbound on the Folkstone to Calais May 11 10:00 -11:59 = £23
Return on the Calais to Folkstone May 14 10:00 -11:59 = £21
Total = £44
This is for one person on a motorycle
Let me if this is OK.
Do we want to do a group or individual booking?
January 21, 2012 at 7:50 pm #62948katanaParticipantReckon we might need a later time on the way back otherwise it’s going to be a very early start on Monday morning. Looks like a “standard fare” gives us a little more flexability?
January 21, 2012 at 8:09 pm #62949RadarModeratorLoads seem to run, so a later time-slot is not a big problem, say 14:00? That would be a £2 increas if I have read the chart properly
January 21, 2012 at 8:19 pm #62950katanaParticipantYep – might be out of bed by then
January 21, 2012 at 8:36 pm #62951RadarModeratorExcellent, just leaves the question do individuals book or do we do a mass booking?
January 22, 2012 at 9:05 am #62952ChampsParticipantDidn’t we reckon it was 6 hours from assen to calais? So we can go for a later train. Maybe 1500? If i understand how my brain works, if you get the 1500 train and its a 30 minute journey but you gain one hour through timezones, won’t you arrive at 1430 in blighty?
January 24, 2012 at 7:56 pm #62953ChampsParticipantso anyway, which train are we getting?
January 24, 2012 at 8:49 pm #62954katanaParticipantUpdate on numbers:
Total confirmed so far is 8. We have one more bed left in the shed(deadline Friday to confirm). Offically the max we can squeese in is 11 – but 2 of the beds are doubles and Mrs Kat has told me that I’m not allowed to sleep with anyone whilst I’m away.
Bikes so far: Blades X2, BMW, Aprilia Shiver, Aprilia Pegaso 650, CBR600, Fazer 1000, ZX6R
January 28, 2012 at 12:21 am #62955RadarModeratorGood work Kat. Any chance of getting the other to join the forum a bit of pre-run banter on here would be great and good to get to know a few folks too
