Toying with the idea of spending a few hours on my 125 knocking up 125 miles and tryhing to see as many things of interest as I can. Yes, I am very bored!

We did John O’Groats to Lands End in 1990 on a 50cc twist and go no-stop as a team of 5. 906 miles in 42 hours…didn’t check the mpg to be honest.
Highest speed was over 50mph

September 10, 2013 at 8:46 pm #66833RadarModeratorMy 600 will do over 200 on tank full, but the 125 could do about 250 I estimate. The little CB100N that was my first road bike in 1982 would do well over 100mpg despite being thrashed everywhere. It had a 2.4 gallon tank. Best I did on that was to ride from Birmingham to a place not too far from the Scottish border to a place called Warkworth on a single tank. That was a long day!
