Chilly and only a local 35 mile meander about, but after a week of driving to work in the dark, working in an office and then driving home in the dark I just needed to get out on a bike!
I even explored a couple of farm tracks, an air-cooled 550 four on road tyres is ideal for this sort of riding!
Not many out on this chilly, grey and bleak day…
The 'light-salad' looked a bit odd…delicious though!
These rocked up, and were probably better suited to the day's adventures
First one I have seen 'in the wild'…I have to say I like it…On the way home I had to spin the back around to go back and retrieve a huge steel grate that was lying in the road, I only just missed it. Could of damaged a vehicle badly or had someone off a bike. I didn't get a picture as i was trying to keep my time wondering about on an A road to a minimum!
Great to get out, if only for a bit. Glad I have a winter hack…
Looks like a good little adventure. Well done on going back for the grate!
I just couldn't leave it there, it would have bothered me and I would have worried if anybody got hurt or had a damaged car or bike
