No worries, probably going to get a set for the Thundercat, ending 5 years of fitting Maxxis to the old crate

Just in case anybody was unsure what tyres look like

I do feel slightly guilty buying these: several bike magazines go to great lengths to test various tyres, forum and FB groups drone on endlessly about this tyre being better than that…I see a deal and buy…I feel like I ought to ponder more!

Have to let us know how the cat likes them and you as you did like the Maxxis tyres

I think I have them on my Ducati. I always used them prior to the Maxis on my Gixxer and Speedtriple (after trying some others)

I have been happy with the Maxxis tyres, but these were available on such a good deal

I’ve got them on my gixer but haven’t really been able to push them. Loads of folk recommend them tho. It’s a very good deal too!

It was a hell of a deal, came along at just the right for me too. Just need to get them fitted to the bike now and get some on them. Realistically I doubt that they will see much use between now and next spring.

Do you to able to ride a  bit more next year?
