I’ve been getting quotes to give me an idea if what my nect bike should be. Most of the policy’s have the same bits on it to keep everything fair so we can go over the past policy’s and see who can guess what bike and maybe what price I’ve been quoted.
I’m 25, self employed full time, bike kept in locked garage, 10000 miles a year with security bits and bats. 7 years no claims. TPFT.
Past policy’s (of what I can remember):
Age 16 – 1996 50cc Derbi Senda £258
Age 17 – 2005 125cc chinky chonk crap, (can’t remember :p)
Age 18 – 1997 600cc Honda CBR £1442!!!
Age 19 – 1999 600cc Suzuki GSF bandit (can’t remember)
Age 20 – 2005 1000cc Kawasaki ZX10R £249
Age 21 -1997 1200cc Suzuki GSF Bandit (changed from ZX10R insurance with rebate £130 premium)
Age 22 – 2003 1000cc Suzuki GSXR £449
Age 23 – 1995 900cc Honda CBR £165
Age 25 – xxxx xxxcc xxxxx xxx £xx.xxGuess away, what a fun and probably impossible game to guess!

July 30, 2013 at 12:43 am #66223HippoDronesParticipantwill be interesting to see what my change in careers does for mine…. Armed forces and Engineer are high loadings iirc, imagine Clerk will be a lesser risk hopefully.
My GT86 was well over £300 cheaper to insure than my Tranny ever was so hopefully my bike insurance will drop too!
July 31, 2013 at 8:04 pm #66224RadarModeratorAmazed that the GT86 costs less to insure than the Transit!
