I have been trying to do stuff whilst on leave as I have a tendency to not so thought being pro-active would be good. Anyhows, a friend got me and a mate a quad bike session for Chrimbo so we took advantage and went out and had a riot [
]I was very apprehensive of the bikes as I’d not ridden one before and had heard of peeps getting hurt (mainly bikers as car drivers seem to find the transition easier). My worrying was all for nothing tho and we had an AWESOME time [
] the circuit looked a little boring from the sideline but once on the quads it was a real giggle. I would like to have a go on proper off road with obstacles and jumps etc but for an intro this was ace [

Went Quadding in 2004 with a group of mates for as part of Thumpers Stag weekend, really enjoyed myself, vowed to go again and never have!
Looks great Pete. I was on the trek Radar posted about above and it was really cool, especially when the leader’s back was turned and you could have some real fun.
You had a quad then SES? Where did you use that?
Yeah I had a Suzuki LTR 450 race quad that was road legal but also used to do a few green lanes and some pay as you play days.
I got 2 lol a suzuki king quad (made for american market so parts are hard to get) – a real off roader with low and super low ratio but its a bit unreliable to say the least, it has not been looked after and is over 20 years old but we reckon a bit of tlc and it will be a really good quad, and I have a 2008 Honda TRX420 which is my work horse, switchable 2 to 4 wheel drive, diff lock, chunky tyres and a tow ball lol
