    The van driver is at fault, but perhaps the biker should of anticipated the situation and lifted

    My thoughts too, I think he should of slowed down for the island and anticipated the van pulling out and saved the emergency stop.

    Technically the van drivers fault, but the biker was a bit hot into the roundabout.

    And if you want to be picky, it looks as though he was in too higher gear, because his revs were very low, which equals no engine braking.

    AND… he wasn’t covering the front brake.

    AND… he pulled the clutch in way too early, not that it would matter because of the wrong gear choice.

    Just my thoughts.
