Basic plan
Ride to ferry port on Thursday evening
Cheap B&B
Early Ferry on the Friday
Spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday checking out the main sites of interest, checking out the local roads etc.
Stay in one B&B as as a base so we could dump the majority of the gear offThe evenings would be for enjoying local vino and beers!
Ferry back on the Monday
Just need to gauge what dates suit people best and whether to go on a semi-organised guided trip or just wonder around on our own

That is the weekend of my wife’s birthday, so it wont be that one!!

My mates Ed and RLget together for a discussion about what suits everybody best over a beer and curry sometime in the next 3 or 4 weeks. Good idea?
We can gather info on B&B, best palces to visit and decent roads etc.
This year, I think I have completed about 20 miles on the bike. Which is shocking! This weekend I will make up for it, come rain or shine!

Managed about 1200 so far, over 1,000 in the last two weeks.
Using the bike for work now and again which is an 80 mile round trip bumps it up quickly.
Let us know where you go and take some pics. Outside chance I will go to the cfe and bridgenorth tomorrow. I will be ther about 9am. Cant stop long as I am busy later in the day.
I will set up a Normandy plan meet after Easter
