    Vale Onslow was a legendary figure in midland motorcycle circles until his death at the grand old age of 103 in 2004. He rode up to Buck house at the age of 100 on one his own bikes to collect his telegram.

    Anyway the shop he ran in Birmingham, is still open and little changed in many years. I came across these fantastic pictures taken there recently on a site called 28dayslater where people go into deralict or interestiing sites and photograph. Here are a few examples:

    I bought my T500 suzuki from them in 1972. I wonder is the T20 250 Hustler I traded in still there? I shall look through the linked pics very closley.
