I take it you mean a tubed tyre with a tube as well. In the early days it was possible, Honda Comstar wheels would take tubed or tubeless tyres, but you had to have a brass fitting that went into the hole for the tubleless valve as that hole size is larger than for tube type wheels. To be honest I dont know if it possible with anything other than comstars.

Hi Champs. I’m pretty sure this is possible and I have done this on smaller bikes in the past on the tyre dealer’s recommendation. This could be wrong though now on the latest generation of wheels and tyres so please don’t quote me on this!

Is it for the ped?

shouldn’t be a problem, with minor mods you can even do it the other way round (tubeless tyres on spoked wheels) and on a ped you not throwing huge bhp through the tyre either. Only thing you wont be able to fit is a rim lock unless you drill a hole for on to be fitted. Means that the tyre could potentially spin on the rim under load (rear on acceleration, front on braking) What psi you gonna be running with them? I run between 8-12psi on my 250 and that is pretty soft so not a lot of pressure pushing the tyre onto the rim to hold it in place
