    Don’t quite know what I did wrong, but it bloody hurts lol twisted my lower back so am now once again hobbling around, fortunately not as serious as my highside at Cadders, but damn sore none the less (ok I think I used all the sympathy after Cadwell so feel free to laugh at me being a muddy fool!) :D
