Picked up my bikes from Andy’s (Thumper’s) house yesterday after a few months of storage while I knocked a few walls down in the house.
The KTM took a while to start but had the carbon well and truly blown out of it by a test ride by Andy.
The GPZ started well but runs on 3 cylinders, think it’s a dodgy clip inside the plug cap that locates on the spark plug. May be tricky to track one of those down as it’s a sealed unit, probably need the whole lead. Nice to hear it going after a while standing.
Loaded the bike in my van to get it home, while Andy took the long route to get to mine.
