Hi folks.
Things are developing here at TBF Towers. I’d like to draw your attention to the new TBF shop which has just gone live.
You’ll find the ‘Shop’ link at the top of all our pages. It is powered by Amazon so has all the security and delivery backup of the UK’s largest online retailer. A percentage of their profit gets paid to TBF so every little helps. If you buy anything from Amazon, please search for it in the TBF shop and follow the links to Amazon. You’ll get the same price but we’ll get a bit too!The Ebay links are proving popular with most users, there’s always some interesting bikes on there and we’ll try to develop this a bit more in the coming months. We get paid a few pence if someone signs up on Ebay or if there is a successful bid too, so please bear that in mind.
Since the folks at Google decided to pull the plug on our affiliate scheme we have had no revenue stream. In actual fact, Google never paid us a penny as they pulled the plug just before we were due our first payment. Coincidence that….
No indication was given why except that there appeared to have been some irregular ‘click’ action on our site. I can trace where most clicks came from but Google have not answered our appeal to provide more information so we can investigate on our side. Many sites complain about this and it always seems to work in Google’s favour.Once again, if you want to support this free site (which currently has hosting fees running into the hundreds per year) please use our shop and Ebay links and you may not bump into me busking in a town centre near you…..
Thanks for your support!
