The DSA have introduced a new scheme to identify incompetant car drivers to motorcyclists, hoping to reduce the occurrences of driver caused motorcycle accidents.
It has decreed that such car drivers will be required to display a white flag with a red cross on a small stick above the drivers car door.
Car drivers that are stupid and incompetant will be required to display a second similar flag above the passengers door on the other side.
