Guy in London has just learned, after appeal, that his speeding fine and points WILL NOT be dropped. As he was doing 51 mph in a 40 mph limit.
The road was a dual carriageway and he had 20 pints of blood on board, helping with the emergency.
Terrific.

Go out with a BANG… Light a fart!

Seems very ironic that this chap was doing something useful when the police have just admitted to letting a lot of their lot off tickets even though they didn,t have their blues flashing[!]
One rule for them, one for the rest of us mere mortals[V]Vanished………..like a wrinkly ninja
