    I Reckon 150 from Liverpool to Carlisle (124 miles) and part way back on a Honda C70. It had a seperate side light below the headlight which probably made it lighter; also I was about 8 stone lighter then too!

    I vaguely remember getting over 100mpg from my CB100N when I was running it in back in 1982.

    130mpg from a Malagutti Olympique sports moped. 1974.
    I bought it in Retford and rode it home along the A1 to Barnet.
    That thing, if driven sensibly could go over 300 miles on a tankful.
    Not many bikes do that.
