    Goodness me look at that parking!!!! You’re blocking the street! And would ya just take a look at those weed in that garden behind…and the hedge looks like it could do with a trim! And I wont mention that the fence could do with some more creosote……[:o)]

    @ GSF – it is a single! Hence his tag of Thumper! Mind the twin exhaust outlet is a bit confusing. My CB250RS is the same.

    @ Gix – I will mention the state of the gardens to my neighbours and come back to you with a plan for a full landscaping job!

    Seriously though, the SRX is a great bike and loads of fun to ride.

    Nice looking bike,it is true that twins do ride totally different to staight fours,would love to have a go of the new SV1000,looks the bizzzz.

    It isn’t a twin, but a single with twin exhaust ports. It rides completely differently to a four cylinder bike or even a twin.

    It lacks raw speed but the response and feel are lovely. They are an acquied taste and not everybody likes big singles.

    As for V twins I think they are great. Ony ridden a few (Firestorm, 748 and 907ie Dukes and a few Guzzis), but loved them all.

    In my ideal garage I would have a V twin somewhere.

    A mate in Scotland has a SV1000, I will try to get him to post about it.
