Here’s a few pics of the Yam FJR1300 I took out last week. Took a sneaky one with a large lump of metal in the background just to show where I was for a few weeks!!
The bike belongs to a friend Marc who was good enough to lend me it for a rather long test ride of about 60 km/40 miles. The suspension is quite firm (although he tells me it can be softened quite a lot) and the brakes are incredibly good, we needed them for the Paris roads! This is his brother’s Suzuki Bandit 1200

Like the reg plate on the FJR…. [:o)][:o)]LOVE IS GIVING SOMEONE THE ABILITY TO DESTROY YOU, THEN TRUSTING THEM NOT TO.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, Vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming…….WOO HOO, what a ride!

(And no it wasn’t Blackpool and no I shall not be buying one and no it was not left hand drive and no the woman was not picking her nose and no it doesn’t look like a Honda and no the paint will remain as it is on the tower). Phew!
