if you decide on powder coat your frame will have to be mint cos the coating process will show every little dent or scratch
for the cooling bottle try a 1/2 ltr stainless flask and drill a pipe hole in the bottom and fit a breather filter in the top
your brakes sound like the fluid’s in need of a change when did you last do it?

I,ll try the fluid Sid……………never changed it[:0]but I,e only had the ZX about 3 month[]
Never thought of a flask….was going to use a little fire extinguisher

a fire extinguisher will work but will need to be painted or polished regularly cos i dont think they’re stainless
take the brake ressie cap off and see if the fluid’s a dark colour also do you have braided lines?

Yep,got braided lines front and back.
Rear needs new pads very soon but the front look okay.Fluid looks clean but I,ll put new in anyway…………..might as well
