Hello im byron im 24 and live near manchester i passed my direct access test about three weeks ago and i now ride a honda cbf 500 and lovin it .
I used to ride a honda xlr 125 before i passed my test it was a great bike and virtually indestructable i know i have tested it a few times eg roundabout + wet weather + knobblys = horizontal tarmac slide lol but i suppose its all part of the learning experience i also had one rather painfull off road experience that i even managed to capture on a borrowed helmet camera in which the helmet did not survive at least the camera only got dirty but my uncle was not very happy with the state of his helmet (his favourite) you might know as max. i miss that 125 it was a lot of fun but i wouldnt swap my 500 this is even more fun .

He is a head case but gave me a lot of help in passin my cbt and das test and he will not let me forget it ha (he told me if i failed my das i was a complete idiot ) i went for a ride with him a week ago and now understand the true meaning of havin a sandwich short .quote:
