350LC sells for ridonculus money

A brand new 1981 Yamaha RD350LC sold on eBay last week in Australia for a staggering £17,784.58.

It’s been in dry storage since new and has never been, or is likely to ever be, started – let alone road registered.

Wow. That’s a lot of money but will probably draw in value as a museum piece. Sad really.
