I understand the part about emergency rescue possibly being needed but I don’t think the driver would have done it if he and the vehicle couldn’t manage it. In my opinion it’s nothing to do with the police and they should just shut up for once and go and run more people over, bet they won’t get prosecuted! A landy is designed for such tasks. Daft
