Watched a recording at tea time. A chap at work asked me to check his photo licence recently as he wished to return to biking after something like 40 years having passed his test in the mid 1960s I couldnt see that he was covered on his recently renewed licence, that Watchdog report now tells me why I didnt misread it ,so I will be putting him in the picture when I next see him.
