there is no law against the dark visors. in fact, in most of the cities, helmets are not at all compulsory. Sunny and rajnish are from delhi, where the helmet law is made compulsary – but it seems that girls can get away without wearing helmets ! strange is politics.
where I live (pune), there is no law at all. you can wear helmets – but most dont. I am so used to helmets, that i just don’t feel safe if i go out without wearing a helmet. I guess it depends on how you look at your head – an ornament or something indispensible.
I would not have been writing this if I had not had a helmet.
