7,000 memebers of the French Association of Angry Motorcyclists gathered in Paris recently to protest against the the proposed law to make cars keep their lights on all day. They think it would make bikes no longer stand out and would therefore be dangerous. Several hundred more gathered in many other major towns too. They know to protest over there, makes us look a bit pathetic really. We should all do more to protect our biking rights.
